TMS Emerging Topics Series: Methods and Tools to Estimate Staffing Needs webinar

Estimating current and future staffing and resource needs is essential to ensure TMSs sustain or meet their operational needs and performance expectations. However, agencies face a number of challenges and constraints in developing staffing plans or estimating and obtaining approval for the staff and resources needed to operate their TMSs.
