The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Planned Special Events (PSE) Program is pleased to welcome transportation mobility planning professionals to the inaugural PSE Spotlight quarterly webinar series. Each quarter, the PSE Spotlight series will highlight two planned special events, identify good practices, and showcase processes and tools that can help transportation professionals tasked to manage the mobility and related needs for varied planned special events.
Presenters for this webinar include:
- 2026 World Cup Planning in Dallas—Natalie Bettger, Senior Program Manager, Congestion Management and System Operations, North Central Texas Council of Governments
- Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour State in Indianapolis: From Initial Planning to Post Event Evaluation—Ed Cox, ITS Engineering Director, Traffic Management Division, Indiana Department of Transportation
This webinar will also introduce and highlight potential updates to the FHWA resource, PSE Checklist for Practitioners, and debut the new FHWA PSE website.
