Virtual TIM Train-the-Trainer (TtT) Session
Virtual TIM Train-the-Trainer Session
The FHWA will be offering a virtual TIM Train-the-Trainer (TtT) session next month. The session is scheduled for Thursday, April 20, 2023, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm PDT (10:00 am to 6:30 pm EDT).

The session is open to all 50 States, D.C., and Puerto Rico, but to support a positive learning environment, the session will be limited to 40 participants.

Advancing TSMO Through Organizational Structures
Many State and Local DOTs, with their unique organizational charts, have achieved various degrees of success in advancing TSMO. This report applies concepts of organizational theory, specifically related to organizational structure, to explore ways in which organizational models and structural mechanisms can be used to advance TSMO within DOTs.
