This year's winners come from state, regional, and local agencies and prove the value of how transportation systems management and operations (TSMO) can address key transportation issues.

With 28 submissions across the four categories, TSMO agencies continue to demonstrate the many TSMO strategies and practices that are essential to optimize the performance of our existing transportation system to preserve capacity and improve safety, safety and reliability of the entire transportation system.

Judges from a variety of backgrounds and experience within the TSMO industry evaluated each of the projects and chose the winners above. But, as with previous years, NOCoE will develop each of the 28 submissions into case studies to provide resources and transfer knowledge within the industry.
