Speaker Bio
Josh Halterman (Iowa DOT): Josh Halterman has been the Iowa Traffic and Criminal Software (TraCS) Program Manager and the National Model Program Manager for the past 7 years. Josh started out his career as a Police Officer in Iowa, naturally gravitating towards computer systems in use by law enforcement. This included computer forensics, network maintenance, and of course, TraCS. Using knowledge obtained during his 13-year Law Enforcement career Josh came to work for the TraCS program in Iowa as a support representative for 8 years before becoming the Program Manager.
