For the fifth year, NOCoE is hosting the Transportation Technology Tournament with the U.S. DOT ITS JPO's Professional Capacity Building Program.
The focus of the tournament is for students to work directly with transportation agencies to solve real-world transportation problems using ITS and TSMO solutions.
With the tournament now open, we are asking students to:
- Visit the Transportation Technology Tournament website to learn about the opportunity and research past projects and teams.
- Form a team at your school and start considering challenge problems.
- Sign up by March 11, 2022.
We are asking transportation agencies to:
- View past projects on the Transportation Technology Tournament website to see the incredible work done by student teams on real-world challenges.
- Provide us with several challenge problems in your agency or system that can be addressed by student teams during this year's tournament.
Please feel free to reach out to us directly with any questions. We are more than happy to help you connect with participating agencies or student teams or answer any other questions about the tournament.
