Overview
Tennessee Reconnect is a continuing education program for TDOT employees to develop transportation related skills, access career advancement opportunities, and fulfill lifelong dreams of completing a degree or furthering educations. Upon completion of the program graduates receive a Transportation Systems Technology Certificate from a technical college and a 5% salary increase.
