Summary:
This webinar will present issues to consider in support of quantifying, assessing, and reviewing the performance of TMC operators. This webinar will also explore performance measures, data collection needs, methodologies for measuring performance, after action reviews, systemic reviews (e.g., regular process, sampling and status updates), and tracking (e.g., dashboards, reports) of TMC operator performance.
This webinar is part of the Traffic Management Center (TMC) Pooled Fund Study (PFS) project and a part of an ongoing webinar series to share information on emerging TMS topics which is being co-sponsored by the National Operations Center of Excellence (NOCoE), TMC PFS, and FHWA (Office of Operations and the Office of Safety and Operations Research and Development).
