MTC is seeking qualified proposers to provide staffing services for operation of the Bay Area Express Lanes Network and 511 Traveler Information System. Operational staffing services will be requested for Monday through Friday from 4:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (weekend hours will be for 511 operations only). Toll Roadway Operations staff will be based at 375 Beale Street, San Francisco, CA and 511 Traveler Information Staff will be based at the Caltrans District 4 building in Oakland, CA. Emergencies impacting the transportation network and requiring timely notifications and communications will require that operations staff be available to support emergency operations.
