This webinar will give a high-level overview of an upcoming FHWA guide, “Advancing Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO): Making the Business Case for Institutional, Organizational, and Procedural Changes.” The webinar will cover the guide’s framework for developing effective business cases to advocate for critical institutional, organizational, and procedural changes within a transportation agency needed to advance TSMO and to optimize agency programs to improve mobility, reliability, and safety.
