- Mitigating Work Zone Traffic Incidents Using Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS)—Captain Robert Hainje, Tippecanoe, IN Sheriff’s Office will describe how unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) have been used to identify work zone safety improvements to mitigate incidents. He will also share how collectively, local law enforcement agencies in Indiana are benefitting from centralized UAS image processing by Purdue University.
- Every Day Counts Round 7 (EDC-7) Innovation, Next Generation TIM: Technology for Lifesaving Response —FHWA TIM Program Team will introduce this program and the value to be found in attending the free EDC-7 Virtual Summit.
