-Summary:
Register today to learn about communicating TSMO internally to your agency.
Successfully implementing TSMO in your agency requires internal communications with the personnel that keep your agency running. Other agencies utilize their internal communications structure to communicate TSMO in general, or new TSMO strategies, relying on previously established processes.
This webinar will take a look at how two states handled internal communications around TSMO and their own change management processes. Discussion will range from methods of communications, to tools, strategies, and themes of what the conversations look like. We'll also try and tackle how internal communications around TSMO or new technology deployments, mirrors or contrasts from external communications to the traveling public.
