Overview
This workshop demonstrated how a vision, strategic direction, and multi-year improvement plan can enhance traffic management systems (TMSs). Participants shared key issues and current practices for facilitating these planning focused actions and identified the existing and needed resources for traffic management centers (TMCs) to achieve desired outcomes, such as improving safety and mobility.
