Thank you! The response to our call for submissions for the inaugural Transportation Systems Management & Operations (TSMO) Awards has been overwhelming. It’s always a little nerve wracking trying something like this for the first time, but you’ve told us repeatedly, there should be a place to celebrate the accomplishments of TSMO practitioners and we are thrilled to tell you the number and quality of submissions bears that out.

We received more than 60-entries by the deadline last week. They came from all over the country and highlight some of the most creative, impactful TSMO solutions we’ve heard of to date. In fact, in many cases, they represent best practices applicable to similar scenarios almost anywhere. We all know TSMO is a crucial element of  transportation, and your case studies, resources, and examples will be an important component in highlighting the value of TSMO.

It’s clear, with the quality of entries our TSMO Award judges will have a difficult time selecting winners, but there are no losers here. Over the next few months, we will share many of your stories and concepts through case studies, interviews, and webinars. We will celebrate your work and your solutions, but we’re also confident you’ll find value in someone else’s TSMO success.
