RFP: Primer on Patentability and Use of Ideas Developed by Contractors Performing Work for State and Federal Transportation and Local Planning Agencies
TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has released a request for proposals to develop a primer for state and local transportation agency officials to apply when exploring the use of a patented product. Proposals are due May 9, 2015.
