TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has released a request for proposals to develop guidance to assist state DOTs, other public agencies, and transportation research organizations to efficiently ensure access to the results of federally funded transportation-related research. Proposals are due December 22, 2015.
