TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has released a request for proposals to provide guidelines for transportation practitioners on access management and design for truck routes, and specifications for local governments and state transportation agencies to improve truck safety and operations. Proposals are due January 21, 2016.
