The FHWA Organizing and Planning for Operations Team invites you to a webinar summarizing the deployment of the FHWA-developed Capability Maturity Frameworks (CMF). Since their development in 2015, these CMFs have been utilized across the country at more than 50 sites to advance transportation operations organizational capabilities. As the initial phase of FHWA CMF outreach winds down, this webinar will: • Provide information on the background of the CMF program • Summarize the program deployment, findings, and takeaways to date • Share the experience of the Oregon Department of Transportation in using the Traffic Incident Management CMF • Disseminate information on CMF resources, including the online CMF tools, case studies, and ongoing research on integrating concepts of climate resiliency into the CMFs, and • Provide information on the future of the CMF program, including next steps and sustaining the program.
