Traffic Incident Management: Performance Measurement Webinar

This webinar will provide an overview of some of the most recent research and resources available to agencies regarding TIM performance measurement. The webinar will present and discuss the output of NCHRP 07-20: Guidance on the Implementation of TIM Performance Measures, specifically the TIM PM online tool, its potential uses, and forthcoming updates. The webinar will also present a follow-up on the pilot project in Nevada, in which the NCHRP 07-20 data model is being directly appliedtowards the development and implementation of a statewide TIM performance measurement database and dashboard.
