SCOFA Business Meeting

This business meeting for members of the AASHTO Standing Committee on Finance and Administration and chairs of SCOFA’s eight Subcommittees (more info about the Committees here: http://finance.transportation.org/?siteid=64&pageid=3177) will discuss various Committee activities and initiatives, including but not limited to: • Outline of vision and theme under new SCOFA Chair Beverley Swaim-Staley, Secretary of Maryland DOT • SCOFA-wide survey results and implications • Subcommittee reports • Discussion on surface transportation reauthorization funding and finance • Updates of activities of the AASHTO Center for Excellence in Project Finance
