FHWA would like to invite you to attend a webinar to encourage the use of the Road Weather Capability Maturity Framework. The framework assesses the institutional capacity of an agency or a region to respond to adverse weather conditions from both a maintenance and operations perspective. By involving stakeholders from maintenance, operations, meteorology, and emergency management, reviewing the framework will result in a set of prioritized actions for improvement for addressing institutional barriers for effective road weather management. '

The webinar will include a high-level overview and experiences from State DOTs who have used the framework. The webinar will also demonstrate the use of web-based version of the framework.
