The firs ever virtual Road Weather Management Stakeholder Meeting will be held Tuesday, August 25, 2015. The virtual meeting will be similar to webinars in that you’ll access the meeting via the web, and we will make every effort to make the sessions as interactive as possible (to the extent that this can be done online). Please open the attached document for information to register for the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide a Road Weather Management Program update, as well as a venue for peer exchange between the transportation and weather communities consisting of State Departments of Transportation, academia, vendors, weather service providers (public and private), and consultants. The meeting will include:
· Presentations to Inform on the latest efforts and project results
· Presentations with Interactive Discussions
o Prior to the meeting, we will send a more detailed agenda and short read-ahead material to assist you with formulation of questions or information to share.

Vendor stations or “virtual booths”

We will have multiple web-rooms set up that will enable participants to visit various companies on their own to learn about the latest capabilities from our partners.
