TRB is cosponsoring the 2015 International Highway Technology Summit—IHTS Delivering Innovative Approaches and Best Practices on April 21-23, 2015 in Shanghai, China. The conference will include four tracks that will address highway engineering; bridge and tunnel engineering; transportation engineering; and safety, environment and sustainability.
