Overview
The 2025 Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) Summit strengthened MoDOT’s real-time operational capabilities and embedded TSMO principles into everyday agency practice. The goals of the Summit were to bring together team members from across the state, and to identify strategies to improve safety and reliability for all roadway users. The Summit delivered clear and measurable benefits in both safety and workforce readiness for MoDOT, its partners, and travelers as well as in the identification of immediate operational improvements.
