FHWA’s Connected Vehicles and Emerging Technology team presented on Phase One of Road Features for Automated Driving Systems Readiness Feasibility Assessment, Methods, and Tools. This webinar shared FHWA’s findings on:
- The feasible and non-feasible aspects of creating an ADS readiness method or tool.
- Various ADS readiness assessment approaches identified, their pros and cons, situations where they may be relevant to IOOs to implement, and thoughts on further development.
