Project L38B TTRMS Transition Tool
This is one of three basic TTRMS analysis tools used by the Project L38B team. This tool is used only if the corridor selected has more than one segment. Use this tool to combine the VMT and TT after running the VMT/TT database tool. Then input the combined TT/VMT into the Surface tool.
TH 100 NB at Park Avenue Delay Study
This spreadsheet contains the results of a delay study on a segment of TH 100 NB in Minneapolis, MN. The data are presented for each 5-minute interval. The data were used for demand testing of Project L05 as part of Project L38B.
Project L38B TTRMS Surface Tool
This is one of three basic TTRMS analysis tools used by the Project L38B team. This tool provides user various surface plots with TT/VMT data in 15-min time interval. Please see the Related Artifacts section for the other two TTRMS analysis tools.
I-94 WB at Park Avenue Delay Study
This spreadsheet contains the results of a delay study on a segment of I-94 in Minneapolis, MN. The data are presented for each 5-minute interval. The data were used for demand testing of Project L05 as part of Project L38B.
Project L38C I-95 Demands
This spreadsheet contains several tabs representing different levels of vehicular demand on the I-95 corridor in Miami, FL. It was used for the evaluation of Project L07 as part of Project L38C.
Please see the Related Artifacts section for the incident data used in conjunction with this
Input Data by Segment
The SHRP2 program developed the C11 Reliability tool to facilitate estimating both recurring and non-recurring congestion delays and their associated costs. The tool was applied to analyze the I-5 corridor through the Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), also known as JBLM project.
