This presentation provides an overview of the pilot testing of L02 and C11. It was conducted on 3-13-2014.
The SHRP2 program developed the C11 Reliability tool to facilitate estimating both recurring and non-recurring congestion delays and their associated costs. The tool was applied to analyze the I-5 corridor through the Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), also known as JBLM project.
