Overview

The purpose of these Guidelines is to promote statewide consistency in establishing the safest possible environment for incident responders. There has been an increased number of incidents where the safety of these responders was at risk, and this document's goal is to provide a resource of knowledge about how to act in the event of a traffic incident.
