Overview
On July 27, 2015, a TSM&O workshop was convened to facilitate development of SHA’s TSM&O Mission, Vision, and Goals. The workshop included presentation and discussion of the business case for TSM&O. Subsequent to the workshop, the project team worked with SHA offices to refine supporting objectives and performance measures making sure that they align with SHA’s mission, vision, and Business Plan. The team will work with the TSM&O Executive Committee, Steering Committee, and Workgroup to oversee develop - ment of the strategic plan and to facilitate implementation of action items.
