Statewide All Components ITS Operations Contract

Overview

Virginia DOT awarded a contract in 2013 to Serco and their team including Delcan to provide Transportation Operations Center and Statewide Advanced Traffic Management Systems Services.  This contract is unique in North America in that it puts all of the ITS related services across the state under one contract.
