Overview
The Standard Highway Signs is a compilation of the signs used in transportation in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). This document is a supplement to the 2004 edition of the Standard Highway Signs (for use with the 2003 MUTCD). The 2012 supplement was developed to be used alongside the 2009 edition of the MUTCD, and any signs found in the 2012 version supersede the 2004 version.
The information found in the 2012 Supplement will be incorporated into the next edition of Standard Highway Signs, currently scheduled to be released with the next edition of the MUTCD in 2017. An electronic version of the 2004 edition is available online.
