SR 520 Westbound Ramp Meter Effects

Overview

This report is a summary of the effect of ramp metering on traffic in 2 separate locations of Westbound SR 520, in terms of volumes and speeds. The data were collected 1 year apart in the same location, in order to be as accurate as possible. The results are outlined in this report, accompanied by tables and graphs to visualize the data. The results are separated into AM and PM results, reporting on speeds, mainline volumes, ramp volumes, and congestion.
