The I-95 Corridor Coalition undertook this effort to review policies and procedures in the corridor in coordination with a National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) study.This executive summary provides an overview of recommended administrative, regulatory and statutory best practices, as well as an over-arching set of institutional recommendations to help focus continued member efforts towards more consistent incident management practices with resulting savings in lives, time and money.
