Overview
The purpose of this document is to describe the use of the Scenario Manager developed as part of the Strategic Highway Research Program SHRP2 L04 project titled “Incorporating Reliability Performance Measures in Operations and Planning Modeling Tools”. The purpose and role of the Scenario Manager in the overall framework for network reliability analysis, as well as the underlying methodological principles, are described in separate documents developed as part of the project deliverables. The main purpose of the present document is to serve as a companion to the Scenario Manager prototype software that is made available to researchers and potential users interested in its capabilities.
