Overview

This document provides a summary or outline of the Design Guidebook. The objective of SHRP 2 Project L07 is to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of geometric design treatments to reduce nonrecurrent congestion. One of the products of the research is a design guidebook that presents quantitative information about the performance and cost-effectiveness of each design treatment as well as qualitative information.
