North/West Passage TPF Study Work Plan: Phase 9

Overview

This document is a report on the projects accomplished in Phase 9 of the Work Plan. The projects present in Phase 9 include Operations Task Force, Peer Exchange, Virtual Scanning Tour of "On the Road Technologies", Freight or Operations Related Projects, and Research Need for Corridor Performance Measures. The purpose of these projects is to progress towards the success of them main goal of the North/West Passage Plan, which is to develop effective methods for sharing, coordinating, and integrating traveler information and operational activities across state borders.
