Overview

The Tracker is a tool that allows MoDOT to see if their customers are getting the services, resources, and products they need. The Tracker is published quarterly, with focuses on keeping customers safe, keeping roads and bridges in good condition, providing outstanding customer service, delivering excellent transportation solutions, operating a reliable and convenient transportation system, and using resources wisely, as well as advancing economic development (the focuses vary for each published Tracker, but are consistently similar to those stated).  Tracker publications are available from January 2005 to today.
