This document is a flowchart of the chain of command for State Highway Administration for Maryland Department of Transportation. This “Organizational Structure” is current as of January 2013, and details the organizational flow stemming from the State Highway Administrator, through the Department Administrator/Chief Engineer for Planning, Engineering, Real Estate, and Environment; Department Administrator/Chief Engineer for Operations; and the Department Administrator for Administrator for Administration.
