The Work Plan presented in this document is derived from the technical proposal submitted by the SAIC Team (hereafter referred to as the Research Team) in response to the original SHRP 2 Project L12 solicitation.
NOTE: During the course of Project L12, the pilot certification program in the original scope of work was abandoned.
