ITS ePrimer Module 9: Supporting ITS Technologies

Overview

The Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) ePrimer consists of 14 modules that provide information about ITS technologies to both professionals and students. Its purpose is to inform them about how ITS is integrated into the planning, design, deployment, and operations of surface transportation systems.

This is the ninth in the series of 14 modules, containing information about technologies that support ITS, including technology in components such as data collection, communication, in-vehicle systems, and weather and traffic monitoring.
