ITS ePrimer Module 12: Institutional Issues

Overview

The Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) ePrimer consists of 14 modules that provide information about ITS technologies to both professionals and students. Its purpose is to inform them about how ITS is integrated into the planning, design, deployment, and operations of surface transportation systems.

This is the twelfth in the series of 14 modules, exploring the issues that face ITS including privacy, funding, and other institutional issues, and how to address those challenges.
