Overview
The Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) ePrimer consists of 14 modules that provide information about ITS technologies to both professionals and students. Its purpose is to inform them about how ITS is integrated into the planning, design, deployment, and operations of surface transportation systems.
This is the tenth in the series of 14 modules, comparing and contrasting the use of ITS in different areas, specifically highlighting regional and rural areas and their multi-state and multi-modal programs.
