Overview
This memo provides a summary of the Maryland State Highway Administration (MDSHA) Implementation Plan webinar held on August 19, 2014. The purpose of this webinar was to introduce and discuss a set of priority actions that had been assembled by MDSHA leadership with support from the consultant team. These actions are a subset of those recorded during the capability maturity self assessment workshop held on March 19, 2014 in Baltimore, Maryland, and were identified as being most significant and relevant to advancing the current state of TSM&O within the agency.
