Those with an interest in information range from decision makers, operators, and developers of reliability monitoring systems, to road users and shippers. This handbook offers numerous ideas on how to communicate reliability information in graphical and tabular form. The handbook is intended to be used both as a stand-alone reference and as a supplement to the L02 products Establishing Monitoring Programs for Travel Time Reliability and Guide to Establishing Monitoring Programs for Travel Time Reliability.
