Overview
The bill to amend Article 12 of Chapter 6 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the uniform rules of the road regarding accidents, so as to change certain provisions relating to the duty to remove a vehicle from the roadway of an expressway or multilane highway; to provide an effective date.
