Florida's Turnpike Enterprise Rapid Incident Scene Clearance Factsheet

Overview

The Rapid Incident Scene Clearance (RISC) Program is an effort to accomplish the goals set in Florida's Open Roads Policy, namely, to clear all incidents from the roadways within 90 minutes of the arrival of the first responding officer. The RISC Program has been activated multiple times, and the factsheet displays how the RISC program has accomplished their goals.

The powerpoint is a presentation of the results the RISC program has obtained, what they have accomplished, and what the next steps are.
