THIS MEMORANDUM OF REGIONAL COOPERATION, dated 15th June 2004, is by. between, and among the Jurisdictions in the Baltimore Region (hereinafter referred to as the “Local Jurisdictions") and the Maryland State Police. the Maryland Department of Transportation, and the Maryland Transportation Authority (hereinafter referred to as the “State”) for effective and efficient Transportation Incident Management. The Baltimore Region‘s Local Jurisdictions include the City of Annapolis. Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City (Mayor and Council of Baltimore), Baltimore County. Carroll County. Harford County, and Howard County.
