Deployment Strategy for Rural Connected Vehicle Systems

Overview

This report details the recommended strategy of the deployment of a Rural Connected Vehicle System. The goal of this project was to identify the needs of rural users and the limitations of rural environments, in order to conceive a plan for a variant of the connected vehicle system that would be able to meet the needs of a rural community.
