Overview
I. PURPOSE: To provide a singular standard written source of Field Operations Concept of Operations (ConOps), which promote the safe, effective and efficient operation of the Office of CHART.
II. GENERAL: The ConOps manual contains written standardized procedures. This manual will be utilized by the CHART Emergency Response Technicians (ERT & ERT, Sr.), Field Supervisors (HOT IV), Regional Managers, Training & Certification Manager, other CHART Field Staff and shop Emergency Traffic Patrols (ETP) as the official reference and guide for daily operations.
