Overview
Provide leadership and oversight for the Coordinated Highways Action Response Team (CHART) program which is a joint effort of the Maryland Department of Transportation, Maryland Transportation Authority and the Maryland State Police, in cooperation with other federal, state and local agencies. CHART's mission is to improve mobility and safety for the users of Maryland’s highways through the application of ITS technology and interagency teamwork.
